It’s fractional pricing, kept simple! Every placement has two costs; a placement fee and the day rate.

A placement fee: £8,000
One-off cost, payable when the engagement starts. Covers video interviews, sourcing admin, contracts, IR35 assessments and more.

A day rate fee: £300 + CFO’s personal day rate, per day
Calculated for every day worked. Flat fee on top of the CFO’s agreed day rate. Covers payroll and HR admin, IR35 admin, support, Replacement Guarantee and more.
