Since joining us, Dale has been nothing short of instrumental in shaping our journey. They say that your first few hires are critical to setting the tone, culture, and ethos of a company. Without a doubt, Dale has done just that (not that we’re surprised—we knew he would).

If you know Dale, you’ll understand exactly why he’s such a standout. He’s one of the most humble, intelligent, and down-to-earth recruiters working in the South of England. It’s this unique blend of qualities that makes him so enjoyable to work with, both for his colleagues and his clients.

What I love most about recruitment is that true success comes from being authentic. Dale lives and breathes this ethos—he listens more than he talks, and he really takes the time to understand his candidates. That’s why he excels, and it’s why people keep coming back to him.

In just the last 12 months, Dale has achieved his best-ever quarter, followed by his best-ever month in recruitment. This is incredible in any context, but especially for someone in their first year at a start-up—and let’s not forget his already impressive career achievements before joining us!
