We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a facilities management business recruiting a Senior Finance Manager to take the lead on a portfolio of high-value commercial contracts worth around £50m. This is a key leadership role, overseeing financial performance, ensuring governance and compliance, and driving forward improvements in cost control and processes. You’ll be the final layer of financial authority—challenging the numbers, spotting opportunities, and partnering closely with the Commercial Growth team to ensure the contracts are running at peak financial performance.
You’ll lead a team of three Finance Managers, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and hands-on support. Your impact will be felt across multiple sites, where you’ll be working closely with operational leaders to drive profitability and shape financial strategy. We’re looking for a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CA) with strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills. If you thrive on driving performance and making a real difference, this could be the role for you.
