FP&A Analyst

We’re working with a globally recognised FMCG brand, loved by millions and driven by innovation, sustainability, and performance. We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our high-performing finance team and help shape the future of our business.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive performance and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze key business drivers, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis
  • Create dashboards, models, and tools to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Contribute to annual planning and long-term strategy processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar roles
  • FMCG or similar fast-paced industry experience preferred
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (Power BI or similar tools a plus)
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills – able to simplify complex data for non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a strong team player
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience
