Working hand in hand with an exceptional CFO and leadership team, you will help shape strategy, launch new products, drive growth and make big commercial decisions that really matter. There is a clear and realistic path to Finance Director for someone who wants it.

What you will do

You will lead a high performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team and become the commercial engine of the business.

You will:

  • Own forecasting, budgeting and long range planning across the group.
  • Work directly with the CFO, CEO and Exec team on growth, performance and strategy.
  • Build and challenge business cases for new products, projects and investments.
  • Use data, Power BI and smart analysis to spot opportunities and risks early.
  • Drive automation and better ways of working across finance.
  • Partner senior leaders across marketing, operations and product.
  • Present to the board and help steer big commercial decisions.

You will be seen as a trusted advisor, not just a numbers person.

Who this is for

You will bring:

  • ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  • A strong FP&A and commercial finance background.
  • Experience in consumer, retail, eCommerce or FMCG.
  • A commercial, curious and innovative mindset.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and present at board level.
