Finance Analyst

4-6 Month Contract | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity | Woking (3 Days On-Site) | Parking Available

We’re working with a growing organisation seeking a Finance Analyst to join their expanding head office finance team. This is a hybrid role with an initial training period fully office-based before moving to a 3/2 split.

This is a varied role ideal for someone with solid financial analysis experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing monthly site profit and loss reports, invoicing, and supporting the wider finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly client profit & loss accounts and invoices for multiple sites
  • Contribute to month-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Work closely with Operational Managers and the Finance Business Partner to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance
  • Partner with Management Accountants to confirm revenue recognition is complete and accurate
  • Support the set-up of new site reporting and client onboarding
  • Ensure completeness and integrity of customer accounts
  • Handle client queries promptly and professionally
  • Build strong working relationships across finance and operational teams
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 12 months’ experience as a Finance Analyst or similar
  • Strong account reconciliation skills
  • AAT qualification preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience with cashless systems is required; multi-site or service industry background desirable
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a flexible, fast-paced environment
