Are you a Group Financial Controller who enjoys owning the numbers end-to-end? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where listed reporting, inventory, and audit deadlines are at the core?
We Do Group are hiring a Group Financial Controller for an, AIM-listed manufacturing business with a genuinely interesting product and a clear growth plan. This role replaces a long-standing incumbent and sits alongside a Head of Finance Business Partnering, with one direct report in finance admin.
It’s a classic financial control seat - IFRS reporting, statutory accounts, audit, tax and the day-to-day that keeps a growing group running properly. You’ll also work closely with the manufacturing team to get inventory accounting right (a meaningful part of the cost base), and keep on top of UK + US compliance with support from third-party advisers.
