Employment type: Interim
Salary: 300/day - 350/day
We are supporting a fast growing healthcare technology business that is looking to appoint an Interim Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations.
This is a fully remote assignment for an initial 6 month contract, sitting within the finance function and reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller.
The focus of the role is ensuring payroll runs accurately, compliantly and on time across the organisation while maintaining strong controls and clear communication with internal stakeholders.
The business operates in a highly regulated environment and payroll sits at the heart of the finance function. They are therefore looking for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of the process and ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.
You will oversee the payroll and pensions process end to end while acting as the key point of contact for payroll queries across the business and liaising closely with HR and Finance.
