We are partnering with a fast-growing, well-backed business that is entering an exciting stage of development and scale.
As the company continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Finance Director to join the leadership team and play a central role in shaping the next phase of the business. This is a high-impact role where finance sits at the heart of commercial decision making.
Working closely with the CEO, Managing Director and wider board, you will provide the financial insight, discipline and strategic thinking required to support growth, improve performance and ensure the business is built on strong financial foundations.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of the finance function, making it ideal for someone who enjoys operating close to the detail while also influencing direction at board level.
The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for the finance function, ensuring the business has clear visibility of performance, strong financial controls and the insight required to make confident commercial decisions.
