We’re looking for a hands-on Credit Control & AR Manager to join a fast-paced, commercially driven business. This role will take ownership of the receivables function, cashbook management and credit control team, ensuring strong financial controls and healthy cash flow across the business.
Working closely with Finance, Sales and Group teams, you’ll play a key role in improving processes, managing customer accounts and driving efficient debt collection while supporting wider financial reporting and month-end activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Credit Control team
• Manage daily cashbook reconciliations and support cash flow reporting
• Oversee customer payments, allocations and overdue debt recovery
• Conduct AR ledger reviews, credit limit monitoring and KPI reporting
• Work closely with Sales to resolve customer queries, shortages and pricing claims
• Support month-end close and group reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and financial controls
What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong Accounts Receivable / Credit Control leadership experience
✔ Experience in high-volume environments (FMCG preferred)
✔ ERP systems knowledge (Oracle or NetSuite advantageous)
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Ability to work at pace while maintaining high attention to detail
