Financial Controller
We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive search to find a Financial Controller to join a multi-billion turnover business in Central London.
£75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus.
This is a really varied and exciting controller role – lots of scope and potential.
This is reporting into an inspirational Finance Director and would suit someone with a strong blend of financial accounting and management accounting.
We are looking for someone career-focused and ambitious. This would suit someone who likes having autonomy and making things better.
The scope and potential of this role is very exciting. This is very much earmarked as a succession-planned hire so the career path is both expected and realistic.
We need a hands-on finance leader who can ideally tick the following boxes.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA)
- Mix of Financial and Management Accounting.
- Strong technical grounding.
- Understanding of accounting on contracts.
- Have a solid management accounting skill set.
The Role
The successful Financial Controller will take responsibility for the following:
- Month Management Accounting.
- Contract Accounting / Revenue Recognition.
- Help implement a strong internal controls framework.
- Balance sheet reviews.
- Act as a true business partner to the divisional finance directors.
- Support with the internal and external audits.
- Group reporting and financial reporting.
- Analyse business unit performance.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Business reporting on company performance.
- Help implement robust controls and systems across the group.
- Fixed asset management, analysis and review.
- Month-end reporting.
- Year-end reporting.
- Build KPI reports to analysis business performance.
Your Profile
We are looking for a talented finance leader. Someone with an audit trained with a technical accounting grounding.
Salary & Benefits
