We are looking for a best-in-class Senior FP&A leader who can tick the following boxes.

  • Experience of leading Group FP&A (Consolidated Budgets, Forecasts, Planning)
  • Stable and progressive career to date.
  • Aspirations to develop into a Finance Director quickly.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)

Based in London, (3 days a week in office). This role would suit a very bright and hands-on Group FP&A leader who wants to help deliver world-class reporting and commercial support.

This role sits in the middle of their Group Function so will have a global and multi-divisional remit.

The successful Head of Group FP&A will lead the following.

  • Own the global consolidated budget process.
  • Act as the main point of reference for the annual group planning cycle.
  • Lead the 5-year strategic plan and Budgets.
  • Design and deliver standard budgeting & forecasting reporting.
  • Act as a true commercial business partner.
  • Delivery of clear and succinct critical assessment of the Group’s forecasts.
  • Commercial challenge group and divisional performance.
  • Support the Group Treasury team with cash flow forecasting.
  • Delivery of Groupwide ad hoc analysis projects for the CEO / CFO / Group FD.
  • Support External Reporting team to develop forecasting models.
  • Help improve internal and external reporting needs.
  • Help support improved systems and processes.
  • Build strong KPI reporting.
  • take the lead on a number of key commercial projects and initiatives.

As you will see this is a really varied and challenging role working with a very bright leadership team.

We are looking for someone who has lead / managed a Group FP&A function. We are not looking for a business unit or divisional FP&A lead.

We need a technically strong, fun, engaging and high-energy individual.

London-based but with some travel to Hampshire.
