Transactional Finance Manager

A well-known advertising business, renowned for its dynamic and fun culture, is looking for a Transactional Finance Manager to join its team.

This is reporting into a brilliant Finance Director and is pretty much offering full remote working. The business has a fun and innovative culture, we are looking for someone that is forward thinking with a positive mindset for this role!

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key financial role, you’ll oversee AP and AR across the group. With full responsibility for the transactional finance function, you will have the autonomy to drive automation, streamline processes, and lead transformational improvements for greater efficiency.

Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of transactional finance professionals.
  • Oversee all transactional finance operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Drive automation and system enhancements to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate financial processes with business strategy.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to improve team performance and financial controls.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for system upgrades, ERP implementation, and process reengineering.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic financial initiatives and business growth.

Profile:

  • Proven experience in owning the transactional finance function.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • A passion for process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

£50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
