Commercial Finance Director

We are supporting a rapidly expanding global FMCG business hire a new Commercial Finance Director. This business are sub £60M and they design, manufacture and sell a number of well known products.

This is a very exciting and highly visible Commercial Finance Director vacancy. It would suit someone wanting a commercial role where they are really work closely with the business.

The key to this role is being able to directly support a very energetic and bright leadership team.

We need a hands-on finance leader who can ideally tick the following boxes.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Qualified Accountant with a strong academic background.
  • Have had a stable and progressive career.
  • Understanding of working in a product-based business.
  • Ideally have some global experience.

The Role

The successful Commercial Finance Director will take responsibility for the following:

  • Business partner a very talented leadership team.
  • Take ownership for all commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the full finance team that covers reporting, audit, tax, controls, FP&A and commercial finance.
  • Work with the Managing Director to execute a number of global expansions.
  • Build a new MI and FP&A function.
  • Oversee a number of key product launches.
  • Manage all margin analysis and product pricing.

Your Profile

We are looking for a talented finance leader.

Understanding e-Commerce, FMCG or Retail would be highly advantageous.

  • Qualified Accountant with a strong academic profile
  • A stable and progressive career.

Salary & Benefits

£110,000 – £125,000 + Strong Bonus & Exceptional Benefits.
