Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative thinking and problem solving.
  • Project delivery.
  • New business case analysis.
  • Developing and mentoring a bright and engaged FP&A and Commercial Finance Team.
  • Lead the FP&A function, fostering a reputation of exceptional insights and business partnering.
  • Drive and own a best-in-class planning and forecasting.
  • Manage all strategic planning, budgets and analysis.
  • Continually use commercial finance to drive strategic improvements and growth
  • Have a passion for BI reporting tools and systems.
  • Deliver best-in-class forecasting, reporting, and growth strategies.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly P&L plans and analysis.
  • Design and implement new planning processes for the business, ensuring consistency, automation, and repeatability.
  • Lead weekly operational finance reporting meetings with key stakeholders, holding the business accountable for financial performance.
  • Contribute to weekly business reviews, providing insights and strategies for improving sales and profitability.
  • Have a strong accounting and reporting grounding.
  • Advanced excel and PowerBI,
  • Have a passion for asking great questions and turning data into decision making information.
  • Present and influence at board level.
  • Director support the leadership team including the CEO, COO, CFO and CMO.

Your Profile.

We are looking for a bright, strategic and humble finance leader. Someone who has a passion for people and commercial finance.

Having the ability, interest and confidence to step into a Finance Director role in time is important. Ideally, we are looking for someone with the ambition to make that step.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or Equivalent).
  • Have a strong FP&A and Commercial Finance background.
  • Someone with a fast track and progressive career to date.
  • Someone who comes from one of the following sectors. eCommerce, Retail, FMCG or very consumer-focused.
  • A commercial mindset and an innovative thinker.

Compensation

  • £115,000 - £140,000 + Exceptional Benefits and Flexible Working.
