We are supporting a fast growing healthcare technology business that is looking to appoint an Interim Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations.

  • Strong Excel capability and confidence handling payroll data and reconciliations
  • Experience overseeing pension administration including auto enrolment

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to step into an interim environment and stabilise payroll processes quickly

The Role:

  • Own the end to end payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain payroll data including starters, leavers and contractual changes
  • Validate payroll inputs including allowances, overtime and statutory deductions
  • Manage pension administration and provider relationships
  • Produce payroll variance analysis and exception reporting
  • Manage statutory submissions and HMRC related requirements
