We’re partnering with a globally recognised FMCG leader to hire a Commercial Finance Analyst to support a high-performing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA or CIMA studier looking to move into a more commercially focused, forward-looking role.
If you’re coming from a management accounting background and want greater exposure to forecasting, margins, and strategic planning — this is your step up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Forecasting & Budgeting
Own key elements of the forecasting and budgeting cycles, partnering with commercial teams to ensure accuracy and insight.
🔹 Planning & Performance Analysis
Provide clear financial analysis to support trading decisions, promotions, and investment planning.
🔹 Gross Margin Analysis
Monitor and analyse margin performance, identifying risks and opportunities to protect profitability.
🔹 Business Partnering
Work closely with Sales and Commercial stakeholders — translating numbers into meaningful, actionable insights.
Who This Role Suits:
- Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (actively studying)
- Background in management accounting or similar finance role
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Confident communicator who can challenge and influence
- Keen to move from reporting the numbers to shaping decisions
