We’re partnering with a globally recognised FMCG leader to hire a Commercial Finance Analyst to support a high-performing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA or CIMA studier looking to move into a more commercially focused, forward-looking role.

If you’re coming from a management accounting background and want greater exposure to forecasting, margins, and strategic planning — this is your step up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

đŸ”č Forecasting & Budgeting

Own key elements of the forecasting and budgeting cycles, partnering with commercial teams to ensure accuracy and insight.

đŸ”č Planning & Performance Analysis

Provide clear financial analysis to support trading decisions, promotions, and investment planning.

đŸ”č Gross Margin Analysis

Monitor and analyse margin performance, identifying risks and opportunities to protect profitability.

đŸ”č Business Partnering

Work closely with Sales and Commercial stakeholders — translating numbers into meaningful, actionable insights.

Who This Role Suits:

  • Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (actively studying)
  • Background in management accounting or similar finance role
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator who can challenge and influence
  • Keen to move from reporting the numbers to shaping decisions
