JUNIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

LONDON – 3 DAYS IN OFFICE, 2 FROM HOME – PERMANENT – A GROWING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BUSINESS THAT GENUINELY DEVELOPS ITS FINANCE TEAM

£30,000–£35,000 + bonus

We Do Group are hiring a Junior Management Accountant for a growing professional services business in London. This is an entry-level role built for someone at the start of their finance career - a recent graduate, or someone already in a transactional role (AP or AR) ready to take their first step up.

You don't need to be the finished article. You need the right attitude, the appetite to learn fast, and the personality to hold your own in a busy, ambitious team. The technical side can be taught. There's also a clear, proven path here - from Junior Management Accountant into, Assistant Management Accountant then Qualified Management Accountant and beyond!

WISH LIST

•   A recent graduate, or already working in a transactional finance role (AP / AR) and ready to step up

•   Bright and quick to learn, with a real appetite to build a career in finance

•   The personality and resilience to hold your own in a busy, ambitious team

THE ROLE

•   Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and support daily banking activity

•   Run payment runs and keep transactions moving

•   Perform bank reconciliations

•   Approve and reconcile revenue between the CRM and the accounting system

•   Update the weekly cash flow and working capital tracker

•   Gather documentation to support the wider finance team and the annual audit

•   Help keep the general ledger accurate and up to date

•   Grow into supporting the month-end close as you find your feet

•   Help prepare management accounts and reporting packs over time

•   Get involved in reporting to non-finance colleagues across the business

•   Support budgeting and forecasting as you develop

•   Pick up ad-hoc finance projects, and the occasional bit of payroll support

YOUR PROFILE

•   A recent graduate, or early experience in a transactional finance role (AP / AR)

•   Studying towards ACCA or CIMA, or keen to start - full study support provided

•   Effective communicator - written and verbal

•   Good working knowledge of MS Excel

•   Proactive, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player

•   Any exposure to Xero or Workday Adaptive Planning is a bonus, not essential

SALARY & BENEFITS

•   £30,000–£35,000 + discretionary bonus

•   London: 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 2 from home

•   Permanent role

•   Full study support towards ACCA or CIMA

•   25 days holiday + bank holidays
